Advisory Committee on Transportational Storm Water Management   (ACTSWM)
  The Advisory Committee on Transportational Storm Water Management was created in 2015 by the Nevada State Legislature as part of Senate Bill 324. The Committee shall work cooperatively with the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) to monitor the status and efficacy of the Nevada Department of Transportation’s storm water program, and ensure its sound implementation and functioning.
The Advisory Committee is made up of five members appointed by the Director of the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Meetings are chaired by Mr. David Emme, NDEP Administrator, and members serve three-year terms beginning July 1, 2015

Stormwater Quality Management Committee   (SWQMC)
Meetings are held quarterly.

  The SWQMC was formed to manage program development and compliance activities under the State issued National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit. The permit authorizes discharge of stormwater to the Las Vegas Wash from storm sewer systems owned and operated by the cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Clark County in return for implementation of certain storm water pollution reducing activities by the permittees.
