Title: Sky Pointe Drive to Close, May 28-July 9, for Upgrades

LAS VEGAS — Sky Pointe Drive will be closed from Private Drive to New Leaf Avenue from Tuesday, May 28 to Tuesday, July 9, for upgrades. In addition to widening a portion of Sky Pointe, the project will include storm drain improvements, new lighting, sidewalks, landscaping and aesthetics and more. Message boards are already in place to alert motors to detours. Northbound traffic on Sky Pointe will detour to Cimarron, then to Sunny Springs. Southbound traffic on Tule Springs will detour to Sunny Springs, then to Cimarron. Motorists should heed all traffic control devices.
