Title: Portion of Oso Blanca Closed Due to Damage From Flooding

Story Text:

LAS VEGAS - The Nevada Department of Transportation has closed Oso Blanca Road between State Route 157 and the Horse Drive Interchange. The road is passable, but unsafe, thus the closure. Damage includes compromised areas of the road shoulder and sections where the pavement has been weakened. There is no timeline yet for reopening this portion of Oso Blanca.

NDOT strives to provide current information about construction schedules and highway and roadway restrictions and closures. Unscheduled restrictions and closures may occur and weather can impact work schedules. For the latest information on Nevada highway conditions, call 5-1-1 or log on to Nevada 511.
